R. DYLAN STUMBO, 15, of Crown City, son of Ernest F. Stumbo and Vikki P. Rake Stumbo, died Saturday at Holzer Medical Center. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home, Gallipolis. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
